The 603 Snow & Ice fleet of green and white plow trucks with yellow blades staged in a snow-covered lot during falling snow
603 Snow & Ice

Winter, handled.

Season-long residential snow and ice service—before, during, and after every appropriate winter event.

The work

What we manage all winter.

A 603 Snow & Ice plow truck pushing snow at blue hour during falling snow.

Plowing

Route-based driveway service beginning at the contracted trigger.

Details

An initial working pass and a final cleanup pass when conditions require both.

A 603 Snow & Ice crew member hand-clearing a front walkway

Shoveling

Optional clearing for approved areas.

Details

Drivers remain in their trucks unless shoveling is included in your agreement.

A 603 Snow & Ice truck applying salt across a residential driveway

Ice Management

Salt, sand and liquid brine.

Details

Applied according to the property, the weather and the services in your contract.

Your proposal identifies exactly what is included, what is optional, and what happens automatically.

Choose your coverage

Two ways to prepare for winter.

Complete Coverage

Comprehensive, all-inclusive seasonal option.

  • Plowing and appropriate ice management
  • Shoveling to one approved entrance or walkway
  • Mailbox clearing and preseason driveway markers
  • Automatic dispatch when winter conditions warrant service
  • A fixed seasonal price divided into 10 equal biweekly installments from November through March

Best for predictable billing and the fewest winter decisions.

Explore Complete Coverage

Custom Coverage

You choose the combination of services.

  • Plowing alone, or with approved shoveling, salt, sand, liquid brine or other offered services
  • Selected services are performed when conditions call for them, without a call from you
  • Seasonal contracted care — there is no on-call service
  • Billed for the approved services actually completed, invoiced after each completed service visit

Best for control over included services, billed for the approved services actually completed, invoiced after each completed service visit.

Explore Custom Coverage

Both options provide season-long contracted care—never on-call service. Complete is billed in equal biweekly payments across the five winter months. Custom is invoiced immediately after each completed service visit, for the approved services completed during that visit. Selected treatments are performed whenever conditions warrant them, not necessarily during every visit.

Optional enhancement

When timing matters.

Standard service is completed according to efficiently planned storm routes. For customers who require service by an agreed time—or need the option to request time-sensitive priority service—Priority Access may be added to either coverage option.

Request a Quote
  • An agreed property completion deadline established in your written agreement
  • Time-sensitive access for work, medical, travel or operational needs
  • The option to request time-sensitive priority service, where available
  • Priority handling during active operations

Availability is limited by route and location.

Exact timing, conditions and pricing are stated in the proposal.

Priority Access is optional and is not automatically included in Complete or Custom coverage.

How service works

Seasonal coverage. No activation calls.

  1. 01

    We monitor the weather.

  2. 02

Routes are activated when contracted conditions are reached—generally the two-inch plowing trigger—or selected ice management is warranted.

  3. 03

Selected services are performed according to approved scope, route placement and any Priority Access terms.

  4. 04

Service is documented with timestamps, notes and photographs.

  5. 05

Updates are available through the Winter Storm Center.

Once enrolled, your property remains under our care for the entire winter. We monitor conditions and perform each service included in your agreement whenever weather and property conditions warrant it. You never need to call to activate service, confirm you are on the route, or request routine treatment. Conditions can change throughout a storm, so routes and service decisions adjust as the weather develops.

Getting started

We only need the basics.

You don’t need to measure your driveway or know which services you need. That is what the property review is for.

  1. 01

    Send the basics

Your name, property address, mobile number, email and any special access concerns.

  2. 02

    We review the property

Driveway size and configuration, entrances, obstacles, approved service areas, route compatibility and availability.

  3. 03

    You receive a proposal

Complete and Custom options, property-specific services and pricing, add-ons, Priority Access availability and pricing, plus boundaries and terms.

  4. 04

    Approve online

Review and approve in your secure Client Hub.

  5. 05

Your property is under our care

Enrolled for the season. No activation calls.

The 603 Snow & Ice fleet of plow trucks lined up with blades down in a snow-covered lot during an active snowstorm
Before the storm

The route is built before the snow falls.

Properties, routes, equipment, materials and crews are planned months ahead by people who have spent years clearing residential driveways in these towns. Routes are engineered around responsible service capacity — not the maximum possible number of driveways.

  • Properties reviewed and documented before the season
  • Trucks, drivers and backup equipment assigned to each route
  • Priority Access commitments accounted for in route planning
  • Salt, sand, liquid brine, parts and hydraulic supplies stocked
  • Driveway entrances and service boundaries confirmed
  • Approved preseason markers installed

Our goal is not to accept every property. It is to reliably service every property we accept.

Our actual fleet

Real trucks. Ready before the first storm.

Photographed during an active storm, these are real 603 Snow & Ice trucks — and only part of the fleet and backup equipment assigned across our residential routes.

I hired them for snow plowing and I couldn’t be happier. They are #1 in communication and customer service. Super reliable and upfront about what to expect with each storm. Businesses that put the customer before the dollar sign are very rare these days. And they deserve each and every (very fair) dollar they charge! They have a customer for life with me.

We had gone through a number of different plow people, who varied in their reliability of coming and cleaning and whether they did a careful job. We switched last year — it is so professional, there is a contract, you get text updates on what the plan is for any particular storm, and if you have concerns they address them right away. We couldn’t be happier!

I have had multiple plow services throughout the years. Each of them has either never properly completed the job or never shown up during a storm. This is the only company that I've found to be reliable, transparent, and communicative. I have a tricky driveway and the team has cleaned it perfectly each storm. Highly recommend!!

I just started using them this year. I couldn’t be happier. I was nervous when they also offered shoveling but they do a better job than I do. I wasn’t expecting that! Customer for life!

Chris and his team do an amazingly fantastic job that is definitely not always easy, especially on our steep and short driveway. Chris's email communication is top notch and I love all the details.

They do a terrific job!!!! They keep us up to date about the coming storms and progress during the storms. This is my second year with them and as long as they are offering their services, we will hire them to plow our house next year!!!!

I found a gem. They are a very reliable and honest company. I also can’t say enough good things about their customer service and communication skills. Others could take lessons from them. I would highly recommend them.

My first year with them and I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received. In addition to the plowing, I like the way they bill and I particularly like the way they communicate with us via email to let us know what to expect during storm season. I give them five stars and two thumbs up.

Prepared homeowners plan early. So do we.

Routes are intentionally planned in advance. Once a route reaches responsible capacity, enrollment for that area may close. Send your address for a property review, and your proposal will show Complete and Custom coverage, property-specific pricing, and Priority Access availability.

Requesting a proposal does not enroll or commit you. Route placement is secured only after enrollment is completed.
