- **Complete** — Every residential service the company offers, monitored and dispatched automatically all winter whenever conditions require it. One flat seasonal rate, split into equal biweekly payments. Includes driveway plowing, walkway shoveling, ice management, salting, liquid brine, snow marker installation, and mailbox clearing.
- **Custom** — A seasonal agreement built around the specific surfaces the customer wants cleared. The customer chooses which surfaces and services are included, and each selected service is still monitored and dispatched automatically. Invoiced every other Friday for services performed.

Both agreements include automatic weather monitoring, storm dispatch, and updates. Customers do not need to call, text, or submit a request when snow is forecast once they are enrolled.
